Accessibility statement
Last updated: 8 October 2026
We want everyone who is old enough to use SpinBlastZone to be able to enjoy it. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Semantic page structure with a logical heading order and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Every control works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Dialogs, including the age confirmation, keep focus inside and return it when closed.
- Game results are written as text and announced to screen readers through live regions.
- Information is never shown by colour alone — results use text and symbols too.
- Sound is off by default, and every sound has a visible text equivalent.
- Each game has a reduced-motion toggle, and we respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
- Text and controls are designed for sufficient contrast on our dark theme.
- Touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels, and layouts work down to 320 pixels wide.
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages and an error summary.
Known limitations
- The site has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist. Our testing so far has been our own, using automated checks, keyboard-only use and screen reader spot checks.
- Some visual game animations, such as reels and the drop board, are decorative. The full outcome is always available as text, but the animation itself is not described step by step.
